About the job

The Digital Strategy Lead plays a pivotal role in spearheading the development, delivery, and maintenance of digital initiatives that enhance and streamline processes across the Sourcing domain. In this position, you will collaborate closely with various teams, ensuring the optimal utilization of IT resources throughout the company. This role demands a forward-thinking individual with a strong strategic mindset, capable of driving innovation and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. In your domain you haeve an interesting rainge on Mobile device tried in products like online tade-in, instore trade in. cDaaS etc.

What Will You Do?

🚀 Optimize & Enhance Product Portfolio – Oversee and continuously improve Foxway’s trade-in solutions (e.g., Online Trade-in, In-Store Trade-in, cDaaS).

📈 Define & Execute Strategy – Develop a long-term roadmap that aligns with business goals and industry trends.

🔎 Competitive & Market Analysis – Benchmark products, identify improvement opportunities, and keep us ahead of the competition.

📢 Seamless Onboarding & Partner Integration – Standardize end-to-end vendor onboarding to ensure a smooth partner experience.

🤝 Lead & Foster Collaboration – Work cross-functionally to align sourcing, tech teams, and external vendors.

🎓 Upskill & Empower Teams – Organize trainings, demos, and best practice guidelines for internal and external stakeholders.

💡 Drive Innovation – Introduce new technologies and digital tools to streamline sourcing and improve efficiency.

📊 Monitor Performance & Impact – Track KPIs, business impact, and digital transformation success.

🔍 Risk & Process Management – Identify potential risks and develop strategic mitigation plans.

What we expect from you:

✔ 3+ years of experience in digital strategy, process management, or product/project management.
✔ Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
✔ Strong background in process optimization and driving efficiency through digital tools.
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
✔ Experience with data analysis, benchmarking, and performance metrics to guide decisions.
✔ Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Digital Transformation are a plus.
✔ Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
