ServiceNow Support Technician

We are looking for a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Support Technician to strengthen our internal IT support and digital transformation initiatives.
We are replacing our current outsourced ServiceNow support with a dedicated internal role to enhance service quality, ensure knowledge retention, and support long-term business goals. If you are passionate about IT service management, problem-solving, and providing excellent user support, this role is for you!
What will you do as a ServiceNow Support Technician?
- Incident Management – Troubleshooting and resolving ServiceNow issues reported by users.
- Request Fulfillment – Handling user access requests, password resets, and basic system configuration changes.
- Basic Troubleshooting – Diagnosing common ServiceNow issues, providing workarounds, and escalating when necessary.
- User Support – Assisting users with navigation, functionality, and general usage of ServiceNow.
- Collaboration with 1st Line Support – Providing guidance and sharing knowledge.
- Escalation Management – Identifying recurring or complex issues and escalating them to 3rd Line Support or developers.
- Documentation & Knowledge Base Updates – Maintaining records of known issues and creating user-friendly guides.
- Problem Management – Analyzing recurring incidents and implementing permanent solutions to prevent future occurrences.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in IT support, service management, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms (a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in incident and request management, with a basic understanding of ITIL principles (a plus).
