As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead data integration and analysis, transforming insights from multiple sources into strategies that drive sustainability and business success. This is a strategic yet hands-on role, requiring both technical expertise and a strong business mindset.

So, what will you do? You will:

• Take ownership of a project that integrates data from diverse sources, creating a unified analytics framework encompassing supply chain partners, operational processes, and user activity.
• Build and maintain data models that track the lifecycle of each device, including usage, refurbishment, resale, and end-of-life stages.
• Create robust analytical infrastructure and predictive models from scratch to support comprehensive lifecycle analytics and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business and environmental objectives, helping to shape product strategies that are both revenue-generating and environmentally conscious.
• Develop detailed, reliable reports and predictive models that inform business decisions, track progress on sustainability initiatives, and provide insights into emissions reduction opportunities.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in business or product analysis, data engineering, or similar roles, with a track record of delivering successful, high-impact projects.
• Strong technical expertise in data integration, data modeling, and analytical infrastructure development.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python (optional R), and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Apache Superset, or Tableau.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and a solid understanding of data engineering principles.
• Proven ability to work independently, think proactively, and solve complex challenges with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• To take on the role of a prosecutor rather than an advocate for their product manager, challenging and steering them away from mistaken judgments and inaccurate assessments of outcomes.
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to advancing environmentally friendly practices.

This position is based in either Tartu or Tallinn, Estonia.
