Commercial Operations Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to transform our current Sales Operations setup into a fully developed and high-performing Commercial Operations function. You’ll bring together sales support, service management, analytics, and administration into one cohesive team that enables our B2B growth in Circular IT.
This role is ideal for someone who loves turning complexity into clarity, developing people, and driving operational excellence.
Role is based in Estonia, Tartu.
What you`ll do
Build and lead Commercial Operations
Define the structure, roadmap, and operating model
Hire, coach, and manage a cross-functional team (service, analytics, CRM, admin)
Create scalable processes to improve efficiency and support sales teams
Strengthen sales support & after-sales processes
Build a service management function for after‑sales activities
Create CRM support role for key account teams
Centralize administrative responsibilities for consistency and efficiency
Drive commercial excellence
Deliver high‑quality reporting and insights across Sales, Pricing, Product, and IT
Own key KPIs (revenue, margin, stock, customer activity)
Lead process improvements and standardization initiatives
Support inventory and workflows
Ensure stock management, forecasting, and risk mitigation (via your team)
Collaborate with Product and Operations on lifecycle processes and commercial readiness
Contribute to strategy
Support budgeting, forecasting, and commercial planning
Help shape future ways of working and growth initiatives
Who you are
5+ years of leadership experience in commercial or operational roles
Proven ability to build or transform teams and processes
Experience in inventory-driven industries (e.g. electronics, retail, telecom, e-commerce)
Strong understanding of sales, pricing, margins, and forecasting
Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills (BI tools are a plus)
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Fluent in English (Estonian is a plus)
University degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
