What you'll be doing
Our RMA Administrator takes responsibility of our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. The role includes handling and administering matters such as defective or damaged products that need to be returned, troubleshooted, or repaired. You will be in continuous contact with both customers and suppliers, receiving and registering RMA cases via our case management system, phone, and email.
Managing RMA cases from registration through to completion.
Ensuring product returns are handled properly and resolved regardless of outcome, always with a focus on customer experience.
Collaborating with the warehouse and other relevant departments to manage cases and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and manufacturers.
Informing and guiding end users, partners, and internal teams on matters related to warranties, troubleshooting, and transportation.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone with drive and the right mindset, who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You are motivated by solving problems efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction. You are a social and communicative person who feels comfortable handling different types of people in various situations—colleagues, customers, and suppliers alike.
While you enjoy multitasking, you also have a strong ability to analyze and pay attention to detail in ongoing projects. You likely have:
Experience in customer service and an understanding of situations that may arise, both via phone and email.
Experience working in a case management system.
Solid technical interest.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Meritorious
Experience in a similar role.
Experience in logistics, order management, and/or return handling.
