As a Microsoft Cloud Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. This hands-on role requires expertise in cloud technologies, security best practices, and system optimization.

What will you do?

Microsoft 365 Management:

• Oversee Microsoft 365 (Entra, Intune, SharePoint), managing user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
• Implement and maintain security controls like MFA, conditional access, and compliance measures.
• Manage mobile device policies, patching systems, and provide guidance to junior colleagues.

Azure Cloud Management:

• Configure and maintain Azure resources (Entra ID, Networking, Compute, Storage) while ensuring security, compliance, and cost optimization.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and hybrid cloud integration to support business continuity.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement improvements based on industry trends.
• Design and deploy Azure solutions aligned with business needs while enhancing security and compliance.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in Azure infrastructure management and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong expertise in Azure resource management (Compute, Storage, Networking) and security compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID administration, RBAC, Backup, Disaster Recovery, and MDM solutions.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and SIEM tools.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator certification (completed or willingness to obtain).
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cyber Security.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and document processes.
