As a key member of the CWS Leadership Team, you will have a direct impact on shaping the company’s digital strategy, working closely with the President of CWS, as well as collaborating tightly with the CDO and Group IT & Tech to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities:

In this role, you will foster innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing plans to optimize business processes and IT infrastructure while promoting cross-department collaboration. Additionally, you will oversee budgets, manage resources, and build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Business Solutions

• Develop and implement the solution product portfolio and digital strategy.

• Craft strategic visions and roadmaps.

• Conduct competitive analysis and oversee end-to-end implementation of new solutions and processes.

• Foster strategic partnerships.

Business IT

• Establish technical strategy and define product architecture.

• Enforce development processes and lead product development.

• Integrate IT standards, manage release planning, risk assessment, and quality control.

• Develop data warehouses and lakes, ensuring automated data collection and supporting business objectives.

Additionally, you have:

• Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally as a Solutions and IT Director or similar position.
• A strong foundation in business solutions and IT strategy, with the power to drive innovation and elevate operational efficiency.
• Extensive experience in crafting and executing digital strategies and managing solution product portfolios with a focus on transformation.
• A natural ability to build and cultivate strategic partnerships that propel organizational growth.
• Inspirational leadership skills, with a talent for enforcing development processes and guiding teams to achieve peak performance.

This role requires occasional travel to collaborate with teams, partners, and stakeholders across various locations to drive strategic initiatives and business growth.
