We're looking for a Technical Lead to join Foxway and take technical ownership of a large-scale enterprise workplace and endpoint environment.

In this role, you'll combine technical leadership with operational coordination, ensuring stable, secure and scalable endpoint services while working closely with customers, internal stakeholders and delivery partners.

Your responsibilities

• Drive the technical direction of the endpoint service and product architecture.

• Lead operational processes together with Product Owners and Service Management.

• Resolve complex technical and operational challenges.

• Ensure quality, scalability, security and performance of the service.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers and Solution Architects to align technical roadmaps with business needs.

• Coach and support technical team members.

• Facilitate stakeholder forums and cross-functional collaboration.

• Coordinate operational activities between Foxway, customers and external partners.

We believe you have

• Strong technical background within endpoint management and enterprise workplace services.

• Experience with system architecture and technical solution design.

• Good understanding of hardware lifecycle management.

• Experience working with hardware standards, configurations and firmware management.

• Ability to design reliable endpoint solutions for enterprise environments.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• A continuous learning mindset and interest in emerging technologies.
