About the Role:
As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for verifying and monitoring the quality of products and operational processes, contributing to compliance with quality standards and the continuous improvement of production and refurbishment activities. The role reports to the Quality Team Leader (QC Team Leader) at our Buftea, Ilfov site.

What you will do:

• Perform product inspections and quality checks.

• Verify compliance with quality standards.

• Identify and report non-conformities.

• Find solutions to remediate defects.

• Redirect non-compliant products to the department responsible for corrective actions.

• Conduct regular audits.

• Monitor quality performance indicators.

• Collaborate on corrective action initiatives.

• Verify testing equipment.

• Participate in equipment calibration activities.

• Maintain quality documentation.

• Support investigations related to customer complaints.

You are the right person for this role if you have:

• Experience in QC/QA or operational environments.

• Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.

• Strong attention to detail.

• MS Office knowledge.

• Conversational English.

• Completed secondary education.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Teamwork and collaboration mindset.

• Effective communication skills.

• Problem-solving orientation.

• Proactive and responsible attitude.

• Availability to work full-time at our Buftea, Ilfov location.
