Now, we’re looking for a PIM (Product Information Management) Coordinator early in their career to join our Deal Desk team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of product master data and help ensure our customer-facing systems are accurate, structured, and up to date.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for product master data across systems ERP and Foxway Digital Platform.
Maintain data quality, structures and standards.
Responsible for product creation, updates, and lifecycle management.
Support daily work related to products, services, and bundles.
Ensure compliance with internal processes, sustainability goals, and quality standards.
You will work closely with Deal Desk, Sales & Customer Success, and IT department.

Who we are looking for

You are early in your career (0–3 years of experience) and eager to grow within IT-enabled business processes like handling master data, ERP-systems and digital product descriptions and specifications.
Ability to work both operationally and structurally.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Finance, Business or Supply Chain Management, or other Education relevant to excel at Foxway.
Based and are able to work in our HQ in Stockholm (Solna).
