We’re looking for a People & Culture Partner to support and execute Foxway’s People & Culture strategy within our Recommerce C&E (Computers & Enterprise) business area.

As a People & Culture (P&C) Partner, you will play a key role in aligning people strategies with business goals. You will primarily support Romania, while also partnering with managers across C&E business area, including the UK, Denmark, and Latvia. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, you will drive employee engagement and ensure high-quality P&C processes that enhance both employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Role is located in Romania.

What will you do?

• Support the implementation of P&C strategies aligned with Foxway’s overall objectives

• Drive employee engagement by promoting our culture, values, and a positive work environment

• Ensure high-quality execution of P&C processes, continuously improving ways of working

• Advise, coach, and support leaders on employee relations, performance management, change, legal compliance, and P&C best practices

• Lead and contribute to P&C projects, process improvements, and data-driven initiatives

• Collaborate closely with local and global P&C teams and key stakeholders

• Support recruitment efforts to attract talent aligned with our culture and business needs

• Monitor and analyze P&C metrics to support continuous improvement and decision-making

• Support employee lifecycle processes in line with legal requirements

• Maintain accurate employee data and contracts in HR systems (HiBob) and support payroll processes

• Represent P&C in management discussions, providing insights on people-related topics

Who we are looking for?

• Proven experience as a senior HR generalist (5+ years), ideally in a global or fast-paced environment

• Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle

• Good knowledge of HR legal matters and employee relations, with expertise in Romanian labor law and basic knowledge of UK labor law

• Strong business acumen, with the ability to balance strategic and operational work

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support and advise leaders and employees

• Data-driven mindset, using insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement

• Comfortable working with HR systems and MS Office; experience with multiple HR tools is an advantage

• Ability to contribute to global P&C initiatives while addressing local needs

• High attention to detail and a structured way of working

• Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset

• Strong Romanian and English skills, both written and spoken

• Willingness to travel across C&E sites when needed (UK, Denmark, Latvia)
