Find your way in Foxway!
Lead growth, transformation, and strategic impact at Foxway!
Foxway is on a mission to enable sustainable tech for everyone — and growth, transformation, and smart capital allocation are key enablers of that mission. We are now looking for a Director Corporate Development to lead Foxway's group-level initiatives across transformation and strategic partnerships, and to support our M&A agenda.
This is a high-impact role for a self-driven strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and stakeholder management — and who wants to help shape Foxway’s long-term competitiveness across markets and business areas.
The role at a glance
As Director Corporate Development, you will drive Foxway’s corporate development agenda at group level, working closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and senior leaders across the organization. You will lead complex initiatives that strengthen our strategic position from post-merger integration to transformation programs and commercial excellence. This role combines sharp strategic thinking with hands-on execution and real business impact.
How you’ll make an impact
Lead and support group-wide transformation and commercial excellence initiatives.
Design, run, and evolve transformation governance models and forums (e.g. Transformation Office).
Act as a strategic partner to 1–2 business areas, supporting key initiatives and decision-making.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy and priorities.
Prepare high-quality business cases, board materials, and executive presentations.
Support M&A processes, including strategic fit assessments and post-merger integration planning.
Collaborate closely with Group functions and business areas to ensure execution and follow-through.
Authority to lead cross-functional teams and recommend needed changes to executive management.
Empowered to negotiate deals within delegated limits.
Who we are looking for
You are a seasoned corporate development professional who is comfortable owning this territory end-to-end. You combine analytical excellence with strong judgment, credibility, and the ability to make things happen.
We believe you bring:
Five (5+ years) extensive experience in M&A, corporate development, or management consulting, with significant in-house experience beyond advisory roles.
Strong analytical capabilities, including financial modeling and business case development
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
The ability to lead without formal authority and drive implementation
A self-starter mindset with high ownership and accountability
