Product Manager

We are looking for a customer-focused Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and overall performance of our ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) offering at Foxway CWS!
About the role
ITAD is one of our two hero concepts. In this role, you will shape the value proposition across all customer segments, define margin requirements, and drive continuous product and performance improvements. You will work at the intersection of technology, design, and business development - combining insights from sales, finance, management, marketing, and of course our customers to create smart, sustainable solutions. You will position our products and services based on market insights, prioritize key customer segments, and own the end-to-end customer journey to maximize touchpoints and satisfaction. You will enable data-driven decision-making, oversee service quality standards and SLAs, and continuously evaluate performance using customer feedback and internal metrics. Additionally, you will support sales enablement, guide delivery process improvements, and contribute to incentive model development. Success in this role will be measured by product growth, margin performance, and customer experience (NPS).
The position reports directly to the VP Product & Services Management, and is considered a key function at Foxway CWS due to its business-critical nature.

- A solid background as a Product Manager or in a comparable role, with a strong track record of driving product development, ideally in a fast-moving environment (e.g., in tech).
- Commercial mindset and strong business acumen.
- Ensure solutions are well-designed, scalable, and deliver clear business value.
- A track record of owning and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey and driving data-based decision making.
- Skilled in analyzing, mapping, and refining processes together with end users.
- Experience shaping and validating UX concepts, both independently and in collaboration with designers.
- A genuine interest in service design and interaction design methodologies.
- Confident leading distributed or remote development teams toward clear outcomes.
- Able to balance commercial priorities with the need for operational efficiency.
- Performance driven.
- Excellent communicator who can translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience in defining product vision, roadmaps, and performance targets, including margin and growth goals.
- Evaluating performance using customer feedback and internal metrics, and setting SLAs and quality requirements.
