Are you our new Team Leader at Service Desk?

We are looking for an engaged and structured Team Leader for our Service Desk team in Växjö. The team is responsible for handling incoming inquiries from corporate customers via phone, email, and various case management systems.

Due to the department's important role, a significant part of your job will be to be a focal point within the company, and it's not just a cliché when we say that you are the spider in the web.

What you will do as as a Team Leader

You will be responsible for individual and team follow-up on employee performance in relation to the company's goals and vision. You will have overall personnel responsibility, set goals, and conduct employee meetings. It is also your responsibility to plan and recruit and ensure the right competence in the team. Furthermore, you will be involved in establishing guidelines and structure, as well as creating a positive team culture that promotes motivation and job satisfaction.

We envision that you have:

• +2 years documented experience as a Team Leader or in a similar leadership role

• Experience with personnel responsibility and handling various types of personnel issues

• A passion for leadership and development of others

• Experience in personnel and work environment responsibility, and in creating a safe and efficient workplace

• Proven ability to work strategically, having created structure, implemented effective work processes and continuously improved work flow

• Experience in recruiting and onboarding new employees, including defining roles and ensuring a smooth start

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

• At least 2 years of experience of Jeeves or other ERP-systems

• At least 2 years of experience of Service Now or other Case Management

Location: Växjö
Employment type: Full-time
This role requires on-site presence at the office at least four days a week to ensure effective coordination and collaboration with the team.
