What Will You Do?

• Enhance Operations Product Portfolio: Manage and improve the product portfolio to meet organizational goals and user needs.
• Define Strategic Roadmap: Develop a roadmap aligned with company goals and emerging trends.
• Conduct Competitive Analysis: Benchmark products, identify improvements, and drive innovation.
• Support Onboarding: Guide teams and partners for smooth adoption of new tools and systems.
• Promote Collaboration: Share updates and foster teamwork to leverage collective expertise.
• Organize Training: Conduct demos and training sessions to enhance product understanding.
• Set Best Practices: Define and align best practices with organizational and industry standards.
• Plan Development Roadmap: Create annual plans and budgets, monitor milestones, and adjust as needed.
• Maximize Budget Use: Ensure efficient resource allocation to deliver value.
• Integrate Innovation: Implement new technologies to improve processes and products.

What we expect from you:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital strategy, process management, or product management roles
• Proven track record of successfully delivering digital transformation initiatives and aligning them with organizational goals
• Strong background in process improvement and driving efficiency through digital tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields
• Expertise in data analysis, benchmarking, and using metrics for decision-making
• Relevant certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Digital Transformation are a plus
• You demonstrate exceptional fluency in both English and Estonian, written and spoken
