Responsibilities as a Senior Project Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, onboard new customers, and ensure a seamless transition, providing support throughout the implementation process.

Additionally, you will:

• Plan and implement projects within sustainable IT solutions

• Be responsible for customer onboarding and integration planning

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables

• Identify tasks and necessary resources for successful execution

• Allocate project resources efficiently

• Create project plans and timelines

• Effective time management to ensure high quality project deliverables

• Actively manage risks and implement risk management measures

• Lead and support the project team throughout the project

• Budgeting and cost management

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, preferably within the IT sector

• Structured and solution-oriented

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English

• The ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
