What are you going to do?

• Quality Management: Manage, implement, and continuously improve the company's quality management system (ISO 9001).
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure strict compliance with ISO standards and maintain accurate documentation.
• Internal Audits: Conduct, report, and oversee internal audits to identify areas for enhancement.
• Process Improvement: Facilitate process improvements and actively contribute improvement suggestions.
• Risk Management: Conduct quality risk assessments and implement risk management strategies.
• Supplier Evaluation: Audit and assess the quality of suppliers and cooperation partners.
• Culture of Excellence: Promote and foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.

Who are we looking for?

• Education and Experience: higher education or equivalent work experience in a similar position.
• Compliance Expertise: Strong understanding of relevant legislation and quality standards.
• Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in Estonian and English, both written and verbal.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and exceptional time management skills.
• Communication: Good presenting skills.
