We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join Foxway Group in enabling sustainable tech for everyone.

This is an impactful position where you will work alongside our international hiring managers and local HR teams to help us create best in class talent acquisition practices. You will have an important role in building our company culture on our journey ahead.


What will you do:

• Design the recruitment process in Foxway.
• Work closely with hiring managers and local recruiters to build a strong understanding of the business and candidate profiles that we are looking for.
• Be the admin for our ATS Teamtailor.
• Train recruiters and hiring managers to follow best recruitment practices we have defined for Foxway.
• Initiate employer branding activities on Group level together with local sites and marketing team.
• Lead international recruitment projects in Foxway different sites, mainly supporting Group level recruitments.
• Contribute to creating Foxway's talent management and attraction strategy and support in implementing it throughout the company.
• Create standardized approach for candidates’ evaluation to ensure we attract the right people with the right attitude and competence to join Foxway.
• In addition, you have the opportunity to initiate and participate in various HR projects.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Ability to think strategically, globally and objectively
• 3-5 years of experience in international recruitment, being involved in full cycle recruiting, including sourcing
• Experience with talent management and attraction strategy implementation
• Previous experience in working with application tracking system(s)
• You are able to partner with hiring managers and external parties with ease, respect and attentiveness
• You are a passionate and proactive self-starter with the ability to solve problems and execute independently
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• You have great communication skills: you are a curious questioner and an attentive listener to pick up critical information for making best assessment decisions
• You have experience of working in an international business where your talent pools could be multi-country
• You have an excellent command of English. Good level of Estonian is an advantage.
